URBEX photographer Daan Oude Elferink was given the incredible opportunity to photograph a very rare Barnfind collection of old classic cars. This after it was discovered following a fire in an abandoned shed somewhere in the Netherlands. A unique find of hundreds of classics that became world news, even appearing on CNN and in magazines such as Top Gear.
The largest ‘barnfind’ ever in years, consisting of 230 very special cars including Maserati, Lancia, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, Aston Martin, BMW, Facel Vega and many more top brands.
Hidden in the dark under a thick layer of dust and soot from the fire.
Daan Oude Elferink made unique shots and chose to offer them in a luxuriously bound album covered in leather. An album for passionate collectors on thick paper with a limited edition of 50.
Among the privileged participants, who got the chance to witness the splendour of this barnfind live, was Jan Pulles. As an admirer of passion and finesse both in terms of classic cars, history and original leather upholstery, he realised that this extraordinary photo book needed to be given a very luxury look in a way that could not be matched. So in close cooperation with Daan, Jan Pulles elevated this book to the highest level of uniqueness. He chose to cover the very first edition of this book with soft Cowhide and original Ostrich leather of unparalleled quality.
