Bison belt

This Bison leather is originally from the American Bison, bred in Tennessee USA.
Indians consider the Bison a sacred animal because of its large size and remarkable physical ability, symbolising abundance and strength. Its large head is a sign of intelligence of a higher order. An adult animal weighs about 1 tonne and has a shoulder height of about 190 cm and can develop a speed of 65 km per hour.
This Bison leather has a ravishing appearance with its natural neck stripes, wrinkles and irregularities. Unique characteristics of a Bison.
The Bison from which this belt is processed come from a grassy area. On large farms they are bred for meat consumption in a fair and natural way. The hides are sorted very selectively and then tanned in a natural ecological way in a small authentic tannery in Toscana (It).
The belt is lined with Cowhide leather and the buckle is solid brass.

There is a proof of origin indicating that the hides were shipped under Import Cites no and arrived under EC import.
